DESCRIPTION

Semolina is made from wheat by grinding this cereal to fine particles. Unlike wheat flour semolina has a coarser grinding, the diameter of its particles lies in the range from 0.25 to 0.75 mm. This grain is classified depending on the variety of wheat taken for processing.
